Our sessions are designed to help teenagers and kids to develop cardiovascular/muscular endurance, weight loss, team work, mental focus and perseverance of physical and mental challenges.
The atmosphere created through our fitness sessions are fun and motivational that develops a “can do” attitude. Given that no two sessions are the same Teens and Kids never get bored and the creativity of each workout keeps them excited about participating.
All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of the qualified trained teens and kids instructors.
For our teens (15+) we offer our full class sessions through a special Teens Membership Program.
Free Training For Kids
For kids (7+) who are new to exercise, our program introduces them to fitness at an early age and makes it easier for them to continue this “healthy habit” for the rest of their lives.
For kids who are already exercising or playing sports, our program is designed to help them reach their next level of fitness and improve their performance.
For members who have signed up to our 12 week program, your kids are welcome to attend selected sessions on our timetable for free.
